"Dr. Berglund has helped me get back to normal activity levels and back to running. When I first got hurt, I wasn't sure that either of those things would ever happen. Various professionals tried, but Dr. Berglund was able to pinpoint the injury and teach me how to take better care of myself so that it won't happen again. And, she's a delightful and kind person. She's the best!"

Dr. Alison has been amazing and I would highly recommend 6:33 PT! I came here for a run analysis in the beginning of marathon training. After learning what I am doing right and wrong we have tweaked my stride and made my legs stronger to where I ran 20 miles the other week and am looking forward to completing 26.2 in a little over a week. This has also been in the midst of my concern that my day job affects a lot of my running as I spend a lot of time on my feet. Dr Alison has worked with me on that too, as well as factoring in nutrition advice, etc for my goals. Again I would highly recommend, and thank you for everything!

A friend recommended Alison at 6:33 PT to me for ankle/foot pain. I've always had hyper mobile joints, and have also had 2 surgeries on my left foot. I was experiencing some pain that wasn't getting better. I saw a podiatrist that wanted to recommend customer show inserts and/or a "minor stabilization" surgery. Decided to give PT a try, as I want to avoid additional surgery. As of the time of this review, I've been seeing Alison for 2-3 months and the progress I've made is amazing! I'm not at 100%, but things are going so well. I'm no longer in perpetual pain, and my foot and ankle are getting so much stronger/more stable.

Dr. Alison has worked very patiently with me to help improve overall hip mobility and residual strength issues. Her stretches, exercises, dry needling and more have combined to dramatically improved my mobility and comfort levels. I am confident that Dr. Alison’s focused efforts and holistic approach to PT have directly impacted my running and biking efficiency resulting in a recent PR on my 9th Half Ironman! The first thing I noticed about Alison, other than how personable and compassionate she is, is how thorough she was!
