Injury Prevention:

Individuals who do not have an active injury can greatly benefit from physical therapy services (this is called proactive healthcare). We will discuss your goals and current exercise regimen, then take you through a full body movement screen to identify areas of weakness, asymmetry, limited range of motion, and stability deficits. We will then create an individualized program to address these factors, optimize your performance, and keep you moving towards your goals! Addressing these factors PRIOR to developing an injury will ultimately save you time, money, and frustration.


Training for an upcoming race? New to fitness and looking to start a workout regimen? Whatever your individual goals may be, we are here to help! In your training plan design session, we will discuss your current training regimen, training history, and your goals. We will then create an individualized, day-by-day training plan designed to empower you to achieve those goals!

Virtual Sessions

For those who are not local or would prefer to perform their sessions from the comfort of their own home, we also offer virtual physical therapy appointments. Your session will still be one-on-one with your Doctor of Physical Therapy.
